The purpose of this *free* half-day event is to bring together cross continuum health care professionals working in stroke care with various community stroke programs in the Mississauga Halton and Central West region. The intent of this event is to facilitate information sharing and networking. This year our theme is “Community Reintegration.” Approximately 100 individuals are expected to attend.
